When conditions happen that cause stress, emotional trauma, and heaviness, sometimes you react in inappropriate manners to what you really should be doing to lessen the condition. Sometimes you get too emotional with traumas and experiences that overload you and this is the perfect opportunity for sickness and ill health to arise.
You must learn to pick yourselves up and see into the future and greater states of being to be responsible for your health. Do not sabotage and jeopardise yourselves by not following protocol for health issues and sustaining the maintenance of your bodies. It is best to learn this and become mature.
Part of the steps and growing spiritually is learning to let things go, instead of holding on to the should have been, because in many parts of your lives these issues will not be addressed. You must maintain your stamina and your resiliency to health. You don’t need to be the victim, for that can be a state of reaction.
